Capsule’s collection of the best of new products in fashion, beauty, food and lifestyle that are hitting shelves this month – you’re welcome!
General Sleep Sleep Shirt Cumin Stripe
While we might be celebrating the fact that we can now wear normal clothes and actually leave the house, my love of loungewear has only increased and I’m very much in the market for some more outfits that are chic, comfortable and are acceptable to wear on a tightly-cropped Zoom – and this gorgeous General Sleep shirt in Cumin Stripe is just the ticket.
Scapegrace Gin RTDs
Scapegrace Distillery has finally launched its first gin-based RTD in a can, after the success of their vodka drop. Their latest can is a gin and soda, with Ruby Red Grapefruit & Hibiscus, perfectly balanced with a sweet, yet tangy profile, followed by a slightly tart finish. This option is lower in ABV at 5%, and mixed with soda instead of the more traditional tonic for a lighter, fresher beverage. The key difference with this product is that Scapegrace uses actual distilled gin instead of gin flavoured ethanol (yeah, turns out that’s a thing), ensuring the product is top quality always. Plus, it’s a great way to keep summer going for as long as possible!
In a bid to reduce waste in household shopping, GoodFor opened in 2017 with a refreshed model of package-free shopping. Fast forward to today and the scoop and weigh refillery has six physical stores nationwide, plus a bustling online store – which is now offering same-day delivery in Tāmaki Makaurau.
The introduction of a same-day delivery service allows the time-poor, busy or isolating to continue to shop consciously by filling and refilling their pantry and household goods without wasteful and unnecessary packaging. Making sustainable shopping easy, lucky Aucklanders can now receive free same-day delivery with orders arriving on doorsteps within hours in compostable zip-lock bags to keep everything fresh.
And with more than 400 staples on offer, GoodFor’s range online includes everything from flours, cereals, nuts and grains to confectionery and snacks. We guess there’s no excuse to not be healthy now?!
Weleda Body Lotion
If you have ever tried to find a natural body lotion that doesn’t smell like a floral soap but also doesn’t cost the earth, you’ll know it’s a long search. Well, Weleda have released a whole new range of beautiful body lotions for the price point of $29.90 and this is yet another opportunity to talk about the wonder of their Skin Food range. The formula has been a cult classic since 1926 (we’re talking HISTORY) and it’s the absolute lushest mix of natural ingredients, plus it smells subtle but lovely. If you are someone who has sensitive, dry skin and often reacts to lotions, this is a safe space. Plus, it will stop your legs looking like old ham once the colder months roll around.

You clearly don’t have to be a member of Generation Z to enjoy the gorgeous soft colours of ghd’s new iD collection because we’re OBSESSED.
Shades of fresh lilac, pastel blue and soft pink were inspired by Gen Z’s penchant for individuality, while the collection includes the platinum+, original and gold stylers, plus the helios professional hair dryer.
If you’re sick of the usual blacks and silvers that are standard for your hair tools, this collection is for you!

Puma Accelerate NCT Nitro W+ and NCT Pro W+
My fellow netball players rejoice – we finally have some choice when it comes to what shoes we strap on to (try) and play.
Following last year’s Australasian launch, PUMA has released a new and improved Accelerate range of netball shoes – the NCT Nitro W+ and NCT Pro W+ to take players to new heights. The new range has been designed with improving a netballer’s speed, agility and velocity. Utilising the latest NITROFOAM technology, the new Accelerate range provides netballers with an overall tighter shoe fit, with the benefits of a narrower heel allowing for more ankle support and heel lockdown (think of all the saved ankles), increased medial arch support and cushioning.

A new collection inspired by the vibrant fashion centre of NYC, Silk & Steel Manhattan calls upon the style, culture and luxury of the most famous of the five boroughs.
Drawing upon the effortless style of Manhattan it-girls and the timeless glamour of Studio 54, vintage style mesh chains and pendants are paired with architectural hoops and oversized chain tassels in this new collection of soon-to-be Silk & Steel classics.
We’re obsessed already!
Blunt Melon Check
Meet the stunning BLUNT Melon Check, in this season’s most gorgeous shade.
The bold cousin to gingham, the checkerboard print is a timeless pattern that has been sweeping international runways for the last few years and is now entering our homes through furnishings, homewares, and accessories.
This print pairs beautifully with colours in the same palette and with pastels, but also looks striking with the winter favourites of navy, black and emerald green.
Available in both the compact and convenient Metro or the full-length Coupe umbrella with easy grip handle, the Melon Check print is sure to make the rainy days that much more fun and colourful.
The Warehouse Waipoua Range

The Macallan Harmony Collection Rich Cacao
Just in time for Easter, The Macallan has unveiled The Macallan Harmony Collection Rich Cacao, the first limited-edition whisky in an innovative new series of single malts that will see the brand and progress its journey towards sustainable packaging.
Crafted from a harmonious combination of European and American oak casks, the result is an exceptionally rich single malt whisky characterised by a deep, dark chocolate profile, which pairs perfectly with the richest chocolate for a luxurious sensorial experience.
The perfect drop to really get into the spirit of autumn, don’t you think?
Cathedral Cove x Pics Boysenberry Jelly Yoghurt
We do love a collaboration here at Capsule – but this one is more special than most!
Cathedral Cove Naturals and Pic’s Peanut Butter have teamed up for a yoghurt that’s beyond delicious, but is also a story of triumph over food waste.
The pair have created a limited-edition Coconut Yoghurt infused with Pic’s Boysenberry Jelly that will use 405kg of boysenberries (approx. the size of a horse or grand piano) that were otherwise destined for landfill. The berries were sadly left without a home when Pic’s Nelson boysenberry supplier shut up shop for good and a lack of alternative supplier options led to the tough decision to discontinue Pic’s Boysenberry Jelly.
Be quick if this sounds like a bit of you – it’s a limited edition run! You can grab a jar from April 11.
We’ll have a host of more new products next month – stay tuned
